Thai Yoga Massage is Buddhist Medicine. The goal is to move stagnation to eliminate discomfort in the body & mind, so one can experience a peaceful state of consciousness and wellbeing. Thai Yoga Massage incorporates many different methods of touch and movements in order to accomplish this.
This Saturday afternoon, we will learn simple and effective techniques to heal our bodies and decompress. We will learn how to stretch, press, rock and apply traction and articulation, by using our feet, knees, elbows, shins, forearms and thumbs. Your body is the only tool you’ll need to heal yourself and others.
